Who we are

«Entidad Pública Empresarial de Gestión de Empresas y Servicios Públicos del Ayuntamiento de la Villa de Candelaria» (EPELCAN) is a public enterprise belonging to the Town Hall of Candelaria. It was constituted in 2009 and its main objective is the implementation of activities and providing services aimed at socio-economic development of the town..

Its principal governing organ is the Counsel of Administration consisting of 11 members presided by the Mayor of Candelaria through which the main issues are resolved.
